About Me

I live in Singapore and run, ride, and swim as much as possible. I run a triathlon site (www.ironmanhacks.com) that has 101 tips to a fastest race, interviews of legendary athletes, nutrition and pace calculators, and more.

I love:
  • Triathlons - my favorite distance is 70.3 but Olympic distance is great, too. I have done 14 70.3s and three full IRONMANs, and have qualified for the World Champs four times (2018, 2019, 2022, 2023).

  • Duathlons - in my opinion, more difficult than triathlons
  • Aquathlons - have done a few of these
  • Marathons - have done four standalone
  • Ultramarathons - have only done one
  • XC mountain bike races - have done dozens of these
